I had a call from this customer requesting a quote for a wireless system, we agreed a mutually conviniant time for me to visit.
When I visited the customers home I was interested in why the customer was so keen to have his wired system removed to have a wireles installed.
My customer promtly showed me cables that had been chewed by his new pup, I advised the customer that it is not normal practice to have cables on show.
I provided a quote for a wireless system and a quote to have his existing system re-installed.
The customer opted for a re-installation of the wired system, the control panel now upgraded to a Veritas 8 with remote keypad.
All cables neatly under the floor boards , panel hidden in an upstairs airing cuboard.
